The Sales Executive II responsibilities include maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and working with technical staff to expand pipeline, develop opportunities, and drive sales. In this position, the Sale Executive II, will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities within existing and new accounts, drive key activities, including prospecting, strategy and account planning, executive relationship development and discovery assessments. You will be responsible for engaging both existing clients and potential clients in this role.

Responsibilities include:

* Must be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player.

* Meet / Exceed targets for any given period (month/quarter/year).

* Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite.

* Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.

* Prospect for new commercial and military service business by contacting potential clients in person, via phone/email, and attending industry events.

* Diversify portfolio with significant new customers, and by expanding services offerings with existing customers.

* Foster and maintain excellent relationships with the operations team and fuel sales representatives to provide the best possible end service to the customer.

* Research and understand the business drivers and organizational structure of target clients.

* Maintain accuracy of all information pertaining to opportunities/contacts/clients in the CRM system.

* Establish, cultivate, and maintain customer relations at appropriate decision-maker levels.

* Lead the development of sales opportunities and coordinate with the business lines sales support groups.

* Self-Starter with the desire to learn and ability to quickly adopt new product solutions, methodologies.

* Forecasts and tracks customer contract information to ensure metrics are being hit on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

* Follows up to make sure current customers are maximizing use of our suite of products and are happy with current products.

* Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts.

* Manages projects and goals while meeting company objectives.

* Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective customers.

Required Qualifications:

* BA/BS Degree

* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

* Strong organizational skills and results oriented with successfully achieving/exceeding sales and revenue targets.

* B2B sales experience within the aviation industry.

* Ability to travel to support business needs.

* Knowledgeable in solution selling and/or customer-centric sales methodology.

* Knowledgeable in commercial, military, and specialty flight operations and aircraft.

* Proven ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with customers as well as colleagues and external strategic partnerships.

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:

Frequent travel on short notice; travel is an integral part of successful job performance; may be required to travel to remote or hazardous locations.
