Position Description:
The World Kinect Energy Service Sales Support Specialist will provide competitive electric and natural gas pricing and contract options to Sales and channel partners by performing a comprehensive RFP process with its supply partners and ensuring product structure and contract language align with the client's risk strategy.
The incumbent will also assist Sales and channel partner to ensure an accurate and customer-friendly contracting process, enter client's company and contract information into World Kinect Energy Service's CRM, ensure client's enrollments with utility are correct, assist management with the identification and implementation of system improvements.
This position requires the incumbent to operate in a fast-paced collaborative environment, with a need to prioritize RFP and contract requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze electric and natural gas supply prices and contract options and provide a summary to Sales, highlighting the most competitive prices and contract options for the client.
* Ensure all electric and natural gas RFP requests are priced on time according to established Sales and channel partner priorities.
* Assist client and Sales with the completion of energy supply contracts, letters of authorization, tax exemption forms, and other required documentation.
* Manage clients portfolio of accounts to ensure accuracy and quality service.
* Coordinate and maintain effective communication with internal departments such as Sales and Client Services to ensure the client's needs are met including but not limited to performing ad-hoc analysis and problem-solving.
* Increase client retention by proactively providing renewal offers to Sales.
* Accurately enter client information and energy supply contracts into company systems.
* Collaborate with Client Services to resolve failed enrolments, billing issues, and supplier charges and credits.
* Work with management to identify process and system improvements.
* Other duties as deemed by management.
Position Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in a field with an analytical focus preferred
* Experience with responding to quote requests is preferred
* Experience with report preparation for sales, clients and internal functional teams regarding rates and product differences.
* Experience with analyzing and presenting numerical data effectively
* Ability to understand standard contract language as it relates to electric and natural gas product structures
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Must be able to builds strong partnerships with employees at all levels within the organization.
