Use of this job is restricted to Wells Fargo Technology. This role will support the Physical Access Controls Team (PACT) under Corporate Properties Technology Infrastructure. This role will provide business analysis expertise for technology initiatives related to PACT. Partner with business and technology teams to analyze, interpret, and document requirements for simple to moderate business problems and recommend comprehensive technology solutions. Use domain specific and technology application(s) knowledge to conduct detailed analysis in response to business & technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements. Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams. Create and maintain project / systems documentation and proactively monitor & manage project schedules and deliverables. Work with business users to develop and provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes. Participate in system testing assessment and project development lifecycle. Applies deep knowledge of data accuracy, corporate policies and data security to any aspects of the project. May interact with vendors and external industry participants.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience as demonstrated through work, military, or education
* 3 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management
* 5+ years of experience analyzing requirements and designing new solutions for application and database components
* 4+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies

Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
* Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
* 1+ year of JIRA experience

Other Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge and understanding of Physical Access Control Systems and Physical Identity and Access Management Systems.
* 1 year of managing projects using Tririga Capital Projects module.
* Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes.
* An active Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) certification
* Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains.
* Knowledge and understanding of Agile Project Management Methodology through practical experiences (e.g. as a Scrum Master).
