Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

Treasury Management & Payment Solutions

* Provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking
* Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending

This executive role is a senior leader position in the Treasury Management Product and Development team with a focus on developing and executing our Faster Payments Strategy, supporting business-to-business and business-to-consumer solutions leading a team of product management professionals. Under your leadership, the team will provide our customers with best-in-class solutions while providing industry leading guidance and consultation to respond to emerging payment trends and adoption considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will bring a healthy balance of Treasury Management knowledge, customer needs insight, market intelligence and lead a cross-organizational team.

Responsibilities include:

* Develop a multi-year strategic product roadmap to include vision, execution strategy, development prioritization, customer onboarding and pricing simplification and distribution platforms.
* Engage executive level decision makers to gain support and buy-in for your product vision, execution strategy and investment needs.
* Evangelize the product vision with internal and external stakeholders, speaking at and participating in industry events to demonstrate commercial insight, leadership, and innovation.
* Leading a team of product managers responsible for Emerging Payments for Treasury Manager, such as Zelle, Push to Card and Real Time Payments.
* Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners.
* Ensure your teams efforts are integrated with partner lines of business; sales, implementation, service, technology, operations and risk management.
* Provide leadership to project teams; identify project goals, objectives, deliverables, constraints and issues; monitor completion of tasks to ensure that project goals are achieved.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability as an innovative leader of high performing, industry-leading teams focused on customer experience. This leader will have experience soliciting executive level investment support for strategic initiatives and the ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization to execute successfully on key priorities.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $112,000 Mid: $160,000 Max: $208,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $112,000 Mid: $160,000 Max: $208,000

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning or a combination of both, with one or a combination of the following: treasury, trade or payments products

* A BS/BA degree or higher
* Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
* Ability to provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
* Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
* Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
* Leadership or management experience

Job Expectations
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
