Corporate Properties Group Line of Business Relationship Manager supports the Consumer and Small Business Banking group (CSBB). Become a trusted advisor and develop effective relationships with key business partners. Identify and prioritize business and enterprise requirements in support of overall business strategy. Provide strategic forward-thinking leadership and identify opportunities to add value via real estate solutions. Coordinate across other key stakeholders within the Corporate Properties Group including Strategy, Finance, Transaction Management, Property Management and Project Management to ensure seamless transition to implementation. Use data to deliver insights, promote engagement and drive action.
Key activities for the Corporate Properties Group Line of Business Relationship Manager are:
* Understand the CSBB business strategies in order to develop a supporting set of real estate strategies and to advocate for CSBB real estate needs within CPG.
* Coordinate across CPG and with CSBB DSG team the admin space and branch network strategies, especially in the Admin with Branch portfolio.
* Coordinate the CSBB Ops and Contact Center real estate strategy with the COO Contact Center/Ops, CSBB Strategy, and CPG teams
* Collaborate with peers, managers and business partners to ensure that business goals are met.
* Anticipate CSBB business unit leaders needs and understands their expectations.
* Consistently seek, suggest and document cost control ideas and process improvements to control cost and maximize the effectiveness of CSBB admin space in contributing to CSBB performance.
* Develop and manage business unit occupancy and capital budget.
* Develop and evolve the partnership with CSBB senior leadership in order to define, clarify and refine real estate needs and strategies.
* Collaborates with others, work independently, initiate action, adapt to change, make difficult decisions and accept challenging assignments.
The following would be key skills:
* Previous experience in real estate strategy or relationship management in a large organization or for a major office portfolio.
* Self-starter, with a proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, diagnose opportunities and implement operationally, often in ambiguous environments.
* Excellent and proactive consulting, collaborative, influencing and partnering abilities with business executives/leaders and partners while exhibiting strong diplomacy skills.
* Strong negotiation and creative thinking skills. Strong financial and analytical acumen, including how to review, analyze, manipulate and interpret financial analyses.
* Strong reputation of integrity, accuracy, consistency, strategic vision and detail.

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: real estate, process engineering, strategic planning, or project management
* 5+ years of leadership experience

* Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
