To undertake such tasks, we need a Roofing Project Manager that will help differentiate Vivint Solar from all other Solar providers.

The Vivint Solar team is in need of a Roofing Project Manager who will become a strong contributor and make a difference. In the Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating roofing upgrade work with customers, suppliers, and inspectors. Youll make a difference through educating sales partners on various home improvement projects and negotiating solutions. Our goal is to move accounts through our processes quickly, affordably, and without compromising quality. We strive to provide outstanding customer service and a positive project realization. You will be the facilitator of this experience and make a lasting impact.

Key Job Duties:

* Provide direction to the Construction Specialist to help coordinate/complete Home Upgrade residential projects.

* Evaluate, define, and scope the roofing work needed to proceed and comply with the National and local codes.

* Schedule and coordinate upgrade work with customers, suppliers, and inspectors

* Manage financial records including requests, negotiations, approvals, deposits, documentation, final payment, and close out of all accounts.

* Support contractor relationships including vetting, weekly calls, and issuing payments

* Provide an accurate, efficient, and timely documentation of all projects.

* Review and approve completed work to ensure it is code compliant and meets Vivint Solar Standards.

* Support our sales team to close deals by providing financial and construction solutions. While managing commissions, customer payments, and hotline questions.

* Along with your assigned construction specialist, you will be accountable for all projects in your purview from start to completion.

* Efficiently move between emails, the hotline, and tasks throughout the day.

Necessary Skills and Experience:

* 3-5 years experience in residential roofing work

* Knowledge of building and construction project management including bidding, scheduling, and finalizing job completion

* Previous experience with general financial concepts which could include construction-based accounting, loan lending, or invoicing.

* Strong computer and clerical proficiency including answering phones, typing, and using software including Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce experience preferred.

* Have a high level of energy, willingness to help, and excellent communication skills.

* Ability to adapt to ongoing process changes and innovation
