Job Description

Summary

This position is responsible for movement of product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Job consists of the following duties:

Receive product and transfer from conveyor to pallets. Stack product onto pallets to be
manifested into Freezer Inventory System. Consolidate partial stacked product.
Operate Inverters, Manually pull spacers from frozen product, and Operate machine wrappers.
Operate mules to load product onto trailers to be shipped, Sticker product to be shipped on exports.
Maintain good housekeeping practices. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, and reaching are required in all
areas. Lifting is required in many areas (weight depends upon area).

Requirements

Must be willing and able to lift from 20 pounds up 110 pounds on a consistent basis.
Must be willing and able to stand for long periods of time All of the above tasks are performed in below freezing temps up to
negative 22 degrees.
Must be willing and able to work in freezing temperatures.
Must be willing and able to work 6 days a week.
Must be willing to work A , B and C shift hours.
The jobs at this facility Normally work 8 - 10 hours per shift.
Must be willing and able to work with meat products (pork)
Preference Given to applicants with prior Warehousing experience or experience with warehousing equipment such as forklifts, clamps, mules, high lift.
