This position is responsible for achieving volume financial objectives for Prepared, RVAP and IF Poultry sales to Albertsons. Responsibilities include providing sales leadership direction support and information to Albertsons and within Tyson Foods. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the Prepared, RVAP and IF Poultry to align and execute BU and Albertsons strategies. This position will work directly with various internal departments and build strong effective relationships with Albertsons Corporate and the 8 Divisions reporting to this position.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Thought leadership on driving sales results internal and external.
* Forecasting and demand planning.
* Pricing accuracy and deduction resolution and reduction.
* Analysis and reporting utilizing Tableau Nielsen syndicated data and other sources.
* Collaboration with internal departments such as SS&P, revenue management, shopper marketing, eCommerce, demand planning, customer service and interaction with upper management.
This leadership sales position will be responsible for having qualified and effective Team Members in place to manage the day to day activities across eight Albertsons divisions and the private label portfolio through timely communication effective daily sales reporting activities; including forecasting promotional activities correcting out of stocks and distribution voids tracking and reporting competitive activities analyzing the category mix to plan and optimize the category performance. Also responsible for championing Joint Business Planning with Corporate and leading execution with the divisions. This individual will set the standard for upholding growing and stewarding our culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
* Experience: 10 plus years of retail packaged goods experience preferred.
* Computer Skills: Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Access Excel and PowerPoint.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills a must. Excellence in negotiations.
