Job Summary:
The Team Leader Engineering Services Manager at Textile Services provides primary technical oversight and direction for the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all laundry processing equipment. This leader of leaders is also accountable for safety, reliability, availability, and performance of all plant systems, along with all finances to support maintenance operations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership to multiple Engineering Services Managers, and over 40 craft workers.
* Achieve a high level of teamwork, cooperation and ownership within the Engineering Team to create new ideas to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
Basic Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience
* Technical proficiency in several of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical, PLC controls, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Steam and Thermal Fluid systems
* Proven leadership skills to drive results
* Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
* Experience in successful team building
* Experience making decisions and solving problems
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience providing excellent customer-service
* Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
* 7+ years' experience
* Experience in the commercial laundry industry
* Experience with automated industrial controls and equipment
* Knowledge of MAXIMO and SAP
* Experience leading union labor
* Experience leading other salaried leaders
* Experience automating processes
* Multilingual: English and one of the following; Spanish, French, Haitian Creole
