Job Description
Job Summary:
This position performs all the functions of branch operations and sales, including consumer lending, opening new accounts, and teller services. The Member Consultant balances each days transactions and verifies cash totals. The Consultant also actively promotes and cross-sells Partners products and services. They must promote an open and welcoming retail branch environment and maintain the professional and ethical service standards set by Partners Federal Credit Union.
This is a seasonal role.
Basic Qualifications:
* High School degree or equivalent required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience
* 2 years of previous experience in financial services and sales
* Proven effective sales skills
* Demonstrated excellent Member service and conflict resolution skills
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
* Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in Consumer Lending preferred
* Bilingual (Spanish)
