Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of Data N Analytics program so that it is on time, within budget and scope, and according to IT PMO best practices and quality goals
* Work with external partner team, executive sponsors, stakeholders, other program managers and the core team to design and implement what is needed for timely delivery of the program
* Build relationships with relevant Finance, IT, and ETO teams, establish alliances and help drive alignment across the organization to support fulfilling the program objectives and deliverables
* Manage day-to-day program activities and related meetings. Lead the core team on a day-to-day basis, including external partners
* Manage prioritization decisions and change requests throughout the life of the program.
* Identify and account for interdependencies, and ensure that this project2019s deliverables are comprehensively informed by relevant parallel efforts in other finance transformation programs
* Coordinate activities and manage dependencies across various functional teams to support a highly collaborative work environment
* Identify, assess and mitigate program risks. Develop and provide remediation plans if needed
* Communicate key risks and issues to management and sponsors at all levels of the organization, and complete risk planning activities to mitigate and/or eliminate them
* Capture and report program status and ensure the project management information systems are maintained with accurate and current information on all work streams in the program
* Manage project deliverables and timelines with architecture and delivery team
* Oversee the agile/scrum implementation of technical deliverables. Engage, support, and resolve blocking issues in the software development process as needed by the technical team
* Manage business analyst(s).
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
* Bachelor2019s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management or Management Information Systems (Masters' Degree preferred)
* Experience collaborating and working with global remote team members
* Strong tactical and strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Able to achieve big picture objectives while paying attention to details
* Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent leadership, negotiation and mediation skills, and a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization
* Ability to work independently with little direction or direct supervision
* Experience managing programs across geographical regions, across functional teams, and across applications
* Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to make data driven decisions and contribute to corporate objectives
* Excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
* Ability to function in a team-oriented environment and influence staff, colleagues, and superiors
* Ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams and juggle multiple tasks
* Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Scrum certifications desired or experience working in an IT PMO
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, JIRA, Confluence
* Strong client service orientation
