Position Summary:
This role is responsible for the integrity of the Lenexa General Ledger. This includes managing all inputs to the system from multiple groups and being able to explain any variances upon request. This role also owns the payroll process for Lenexa (with the final calculations being done at the Corp level) and the Temp Labor process. Any new Corporate initiatives or changes in process also fall to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
00B7 Payroll management
* Review, Reconcile and Approve the Payroll file each period.
* Complete the SOX required reporting,
* Support the Shared Service team in the actual booking of payroll related entries.
* Manage all Corporate and Site process changes and policy updates as they relate to Payroll.
* Ownership and Calculation of the Incentive/Bonus/Commission programs
00B7 Manage all Corporate annual reporting, audits, company-wide initiatives and restructuring projects for Finance.
00B7 Facilitate the month end close process ensuring all entries are completed on time and accurately.
00B7 Represent the Finance function in any new Site initiatives or process improvement projects.
00B7 Support your team with coaching, engagement, and assistance with their job duties by providing expertise when needed.
00B7 Responsible for continuous process improvement throughout the role and any ad-hoc reporting required by Leadership or the Corporate office.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
00B7 Bachelor2019s degree Accounting or equivalent experience (5 years2019 experience)
00B7 SAP experience
