Job Description
DUTIES:
Create, refine and delete Items in the Product Backlog in order to keep it organized, relevant, and progressively elaborated just in time.
Work with Product Management and Stakeholders to ensure their requirements are backed into the Product Backlog in succinct and plain language.
Own priority of the Product Backlog Items at the team level with priorities inherited from the parent program backlog.
Coordinate/communicate shifting priorities in connection with relevant IT products.
Host and facilitate the Sprint Review, as well as formulate relevant attendee lists for each session.
Ensure required artifacts are produced and readily available for PMO memorialization for the purposes of audit and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field plus 1 year of IT Development or related experience. Employer also accepts a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience as an equivalent alternative.
Must have experience or knowledge of:
Comprehensive practice with Agile product development methodologies;
Business process modeling with software design tools such as Microsoft Visio or Unified Modeling Language;
Creating roadmaps and project plans with project management tools such as Microsoft Projects;
Documenting business functional requirements in Microsoft Word or similar document editing tools; and
Data analysis in connection with statics, gaps, risks, and financial planning using business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Excel.
