Reporting into the Digital Content & GTM Manager, the Digital Content Coordinator will support the content team, be the liaison with all functional areas such as brand, product marketing, E-Commerce, channel, and 3rd party contractors to publish customer facing content and to support the growth of SBD digital presence by promoting our products in E-Commerce (ie. content includes product copy/specs, images, online product links, product categorization, SEO metadata, site search terms, banners, pdfs, and videos to increase overall site traffic and user engagement). This role will need to have a full understanding of omnichannel and pure players- key retailers and customers such as commercialized brands, key SBUs/categories, and strategies tied to business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Ability to manage and upload content on multiple E-Commerce sites; set up new, existing and/or seasonal products and E-Commerce content
* Ensuring consistent accuracy of relevant product data for items available online and update where necessary
* Identify KPIs to enrich user experience and increase traffic via SEO; Content Performance to drive conversion
* Partner with key stakeholders to create/execute a comprehensive content generation plan
* Support governance by ensuring content and online voice are consistent with branding, best practices, and other marketing efforts.
* Understand market needs such as retailers, brands, key initiatives, content requirements and/or publishing within the required timeframe.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) and 2-3 years working experience in a digital content role
* Ability to effectively coordinate large amounts of data under varying tight deadlines
* Strong understanding of graphic content competency
* Be extremely organized and detail-oriented; process focused
* Able to effectively handle competing/changing priorities
* Solid experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with commercial printing, design departments a plus
* Experience in Project Management Software
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong work ethic with the desire to learn and improve
