SALES OPERATION MANAGER
Location: Virtual (Towson, MD Preferred Location)
How You Will Make An Impact
As the Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting our sales team as we manage incredible growth and new market expansion. The Sales Operations Manager will partner with the sales leadership in driving operational excellence for the software sales process. This role will assist with the day to day administration of sales funnel, lead flow, CRM data purity and other operational tasks.
In this role you will be a value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools.
What You Will Be Doing
* Managing and maintaining sales data in Salesforce.com and other software programs
* Translates Data to understandable, actionable insights & reporting tools and executes them with Sales Team.
* Recognize, develop, coordinate, and implement multiple process improvement initiatives related to the enhancement and automation of systems and processes.
* Align Key Stakeholders to change management activities, processes changes and updates, best practice delivery.
* Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs
* Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with sales representatives
* Partnering with sales leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
* Assisting the sales leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection
* Creation and ownership of presentation deck builds, including training guides and Business Review presentations
What You Bring To The SBD Team
* Minimum of 3 years of data management / sales operations
* Preferred: Associates or bachelors degree in business or a related field
* Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com
* Proficient in all Microsoft Suite Software, especially MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Demonstrated effective time management skills through managing projects for multiple clients simultaneously.
* Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
* Professional verbal and written communication skills with comfort in presenting to all levels of the organization.
* Have developed and structured sales funnels, lead flows and sales process in order to drive both
* Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
* The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the sales department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
* Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who strives for excellence and continuous improvement through the use of analytical problem-solving skills.
