Summary
A Lead Project Manager will provide the highest level of business and technical project management expertise. Define and manage scope, plan, schedule, and cost. Responsible for leading and tracking overall progress of enterprise projects with established best practices and to execute end to end project lifecycle.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Accountable for overall project management delivery and outcomes of multiple projects within a program. Accountable for designing charters, cross-functional execution teams, managing scope, schedule, and cost. Including the monitoring of overall progress, execution, management and closure. Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure horizontal planning and execution partnership. Manage project performance to ensure proper OKRs are track and met on schedule.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* A minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
* A minimum of 4 years of productivity and efficiency project management experience in large scale enterprise projects.
* Experience with business process improvement and/or transformation
* Knowledge of business architecture and technology architecture
* Experience leading cross-functional teams
* Understand business process first to solution design
* Knowledge of enterprise automation toolkit and it's application in an end-to-end process
* Comfortable in managing competing priorities in an ambiguous environment
* Strong focus on execution
* Working knowledge of project management / agile tooling.
