We are looking for back end service engineers who will build the systems that power the Azure consumption and billing engine. You will be empowered for envisioning, designing, coding, validating, and shipping key features with massive customer impact. We build highly scalable REST APIs, intuitive PowerShell Cmdlets, and powerful web user experiences. Our tools empower Azure customers to create and manage their Azure subscriptions, view and manage their bills, as well as understand and forecast their spending.

Basic Qualifications:

Programing experience in C or equivalent

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years experience in software development

Preferred Qualifications -

Outstanding coding chops in C or equivalent

Solid design and coding skills with a bias for architecture at scale.

Experience creating, developing, delivering, deploying, maintaining online services.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar cloud computing platforms.

Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
