Job Introduction:

The GRS Tech Claims organization is searching for an experienced Scrum Master II to join their Worker's Compensation Managed Care teams. This Scrum Master will support two Agile teams to oversee the planning and implementation of multiple complex projects. On the Managed Care Bears, you'll partner with your Product Owner and team to deliver high-value solutions to your stakeholders in a vendor-owned application. With your Scrum DMC team, you'll support a very talented team of software engineers to push the boundaries on innovation using modern technologies. This team supports internally built applications and numerous integrations across the Managed Care space. Responsibilities:

* Servant Leader focused on maximizing the throughput of multiple Delivery teams and coaching to become more effective by ensuring adherence to an Agile framework and the application of appropriate principles and practices.
* Generally, lead more than one scrum team in moderate to high complexity projects.
* Facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaption.
* Lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement. Manage interdependencies between agile teams.
* Work with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, and to keep work backlog healthy and prepared for execution.
* Shield the teams from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.
* Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery (cultural barriers, logistic challenges).
* Deep understanding of the mechanics of the Agile framework or method and the ability to teach the specific roles, work products, and activities to team members and stakeholders. Increases team knowledge of Agile /Lean topics helping them to understand 'why' practices work not just 'how'.
* Proficient with use and understanding of JIRA work management tool.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years related experience as a project team member and a minimum of 5 years experience in Agile software development including coaching on agile methodologies, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* Strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts.
* Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills. Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
* Scrum certification strongly preferred.
* Experience working in a scaled agile framework preferred with a strong understanding of the gathering and usage of metrics that enable agile teams and organizations, such as through the use of KPIs.
* Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives.
