CR Operations is seeking a strong project and change partner to manage our change requests in partnership with our third party providers. The role will provide an opportunity to work with colleagues and projects across the department. The candidate will have exposure & visibility to senior management. This role is ideal for individuals with advanced problem solving and communication skills.
Operations Associate responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Managing projects through the entire lifecycle including: concept, requirements, user acceptance testing, and implementation, while effectively managing a working group.
Acting as the point person for managing change with our third-party partners and internal technology solutions teams, supporting multiple teams within CR. Responsible to investigate change requests with the goal of thoroughly understanding the user experience impacts and ensuring that there is adequate process, systems, training, communication, and support to effectively execute and sustain the change.
Responsible for executing change controls through configuration updates on the technology platform and overseeing the change controls, if executed by a vendor.
Learn and leverage new tools to: implement process automation, build management reports and dashboards, and perform data mining and statistical analysis in support of the broader CR Department.
Embrace innovation, continuous improvement and delivering value to the customer.
Research and resolve issues independently, while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and acting as a team player in order to work effectively in supporting the customer as well as the management team. The associate will be required to work with various levels of management and must demonstrate professional behavior, punctuality, dependability as well effective communication. The associate must be comfortable escalating concerns. As such, the person must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of change/project management experience and has had accountability for complex tasks and/or projects
Interacts independently with business partners to deliver against the priorities and objectives
Identifies business needs and works to implement solutions
Owns and manages strategic and analytical projects. Is expected to identify, recommend and implement process and strategic improvements from concept through completion, meeting requirements and timely delivery
Analytical ability to break down analyses and issues into their individual components
Ability to quickly learn new concepts; to keep sight of the overall context of deliverables and remain centered on answering the bigger question
Attention to detail with eye for spotting errors and redundancies
End-to-end thinking to analyze and improve processes at a very detailed level
Actively contributes to team meetings/video calls with colleagues and stakeholders from other functions
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create presentations, analyze data, communicate complex issues in a clear, concise manner, and provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to colleagues and senior leaders.
Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Alteryx and Tableau a plus
