As a major investment initiative of JPMorgans Commercial Bank, Catalyst is a large-scale, multi-year program that develops technology to transform and digitize the sales efforts of the business. The Catalyst Go-to-Market (GTM) team manages the engagement platform that prepares, educates and supports Commercial Banking users globally. Organized around the functions of change management, marketing and communications, and learning and development, the team creates user-centric tools, content, and forums to support CB businesses through a broad and ambitious sales transformation agenda.
As a member of the GTM team, you will own user adoption and success in the Catalyst platform for your assigned line(s) of business. In this hands-on role, you will design and deliver programs to drive user education, engagement, and adoption. From learning journeys to training sessions, how-to videos to marketing collateral, or orientations to feedback sessions, you will craft and execute comprehensive change management plans and deliver high-quality content to help the businesses understand and use Catalyst tools. You will collaborate routinely with business partners to ensure effectiveness and collect user feedback to direct go-forward strategy.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
* Create and execute change management and user adoption success strategies with business partners based on platform adoption metrics, business priorities and user sentiment
* Conduct impact assessments and create readiness plans for upcoming product releases and other offerings
* Manage Catalyst Super User and Champions programs
* Partner with the CB Communications team to develop and execute communication and marketing plans
* Manage user feedback programs and facilitate feedback sessions, including targeted outreach and intervention
* Lead relationship and provide strategic partnership as primary GTM contact for assigned line(s) of business
* Ensure appropriate support for assigned line(s) of business across all GTM functions
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and its personas, including how they leverage the Catalyst platform today
* Provide support to other GTM functions, such as production support, testing, and training, as needed
Qualifications:
* 6+ years of relevant work experience in change management, sales operations, sales enablement or strategy; experience in Commercial Banking preferred
* Experience with digital product delivery in a complex corporate environment
* Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM software
* Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, complex, cross-functional environment
* Experience translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience
* Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and execute strategic plans
* Proven experience building positive relationships and influencing others
* Ability to partner across business lines and interact with and communicate to all levels of the organization
* BA/BS degree required, preferably in a business discipline
