The Investment Services Document Processing Specialist is responsible for independently handling research-related processing with a designated timeframe to meet Service Level Requirements. Performs research requests, document retrievals, fulfils subpoenas, entering and updating client information, incoming and outgoing mail, return mail and completes brokerage account verifications.

The Investment Services Document Processing Specialist is responsible for independently handling research-related processing with a designated timeframe to meet Service Level Requirements. Performs research requests, document retrievals, fulfils subpoenas, entering and updating client information, incoming and outgoing mail, return mail and completes brokerage account verifications. Associate works with a team environment, must be flexible in work approach and works well interpersonally with others. Has the ability to adapt to internal metric tracking and monitoring systems. Ability to interpret standard reports and forms, and basic excel spreadsheets. Needs to effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, and flexibility to take on other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Self-efficient with the ability to consistently maintain department workflow and performance levels
* Familiarity with handling documents and form with personal information
* Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Financial Services or Investment Industry background is a plus
