SUMMARY
The Healthcare Solutions Product Manager position will be responsible for the overall management of InstaMed Healthcare Solutions. This includes, but is not limited to all Healthcare Clearinghouse transaction types. This position will be responsible for planning and developing the product roadmap, developing business cases, writing feature requirements, and managing feature delivery through the software delivery lifecycle. We are searching for a candidate that has strong project management and organizational skills, is a good communicator, and demonstrates proficiency in business analysis tools. Furthermore, were looking for someone with strong product management experience and skills, and in particular someone with proficiency in EDI.
Some travel will be required for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Undergraduate Degree
* 4+ years of Product Management experience at a technology company or financial institution
* Knowledge of healthcare transaction EDI
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Self-starter, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, organizing people, and getting things done.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Focus on innovation and thinking out of the box to drive growth
* Manage network of payer EDI connections
* Lead and deliver with multiple stakeholders Marketing, Application Development, Compliance, Legal, and Operations
* Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team
* Identify areas for growth in Healthcare Solutions
