Intels Technology & Development team is looking for Mask Manufacturing Technician (MMT). The MMT perform functions associated with mask manufacturing including successful operation of the assigned module in meeting factory safety quality and output goals. MMT responsibilities will include processing of product, maintaining tools sets and processes, participating in module team structure, ensuring area cleanliness, training others and suggesting module improvements. Also, may be responsible for the buddy, trainer, and certifier levels and is in charge of updating training manuals

This role requires a moderate to heavy level of physical activities:

No Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) and no command centers.

Able to work in a clean room environment, wearing gortex gowns, booties, safety glasses and gloves.

Spend the majority of the time (more than 90% less break time) on the floor working on tool sets, processing Work In Progress.

Work on a night or day shift compressed work week schedule. Shifts are twelve hours long and rotate from three to four days a week.

Walking and pushing transport carts with up to 20 lbs. of force multiple times per shift. Carrying up to 6-9 lbs. of weight more than 20 times per day, may use assistance of cart.

Engineers and Technicians alike must move product between equipment.

Semiconductor manufacturing equipment utilizes magnetic fields that can interfere with medical devices.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates

Minimum Qualifications
* Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a Engineering or Science discipline (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Math's).

* Minimum of 3+ years of equivalent experience in one or more of the following:

* military electronic/avionic technician training

* experience with end-user computer skills and navigation

* schematic/wiring diagram reading,

* electronic systems troubleshooting and maintenance and the testing,

* repairing and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in Mask/Wafer manufacturing environment is a plus

* Experience in Technical data and test equipment will also be considered.

* Demonstrate basic knowledge in electronics or digital circuitry

* Demonstrate Knowledge of standard PC tools.
