Our Ingram Micro Finance Center of Excellence based in Greer, SC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team.
* Responsible for Posting of invoices into the SAP system
* Provide Support for Trade & Expense Payables
* Reconciling statements and accounts
* Assist in the management of the payables inbox and respond to requests that come through accordingly
* Correspond with our vendors and partners regarding billing issues or follow up
High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 year degree preferred. 3 years of general experience or 2 years functional experience.
Prior experience in an AP, Billing or Invoicing role
Experience with SAP or Great Plains is preferred
