Job Description

Siemens Financial Services Inc. (COF Americas & PS Americas) has recently implemented a new leasing contract management system named Cassiopae provided by Sopra Bank, a French based entity.

In addition to Cassiopae, our Leasing Enterprise Architecture consists of multiple in-house and third-party developed tools. To support our Leasing product stability and growth, we are seeking for a Senior Analyst who can bring exceptional conceptual, analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills to enhance our day-to-day operations and product enhancement.

These analysts will have an opportunity to take part in our Lease Ops workshop discussions intended to provide an insight into our current end-to-end operational procedures and system design.

As Siemens Financial Services is set up for strong growth and adopting to new technologies to meet customer needs and expectation, the hiring of talanted Operational Analysts plays a fundamental role in the future success of the business.

Responsibilities include a mix of business analysis and quality assurance analysis. Details below

During Year-One you will be responsible to

**Participate in use case analysis workshops to understand various business function requirements; bring ideas to simplify business requirements

**Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of current user processing steps and convert them to standard operating procedures (SOP)

**Analyze, discuss, document and challenge business requirements to simplify solutions. Influence our business procedure improvement and cross-functional hand-over

**Interface with IT to ensure business need is translated to appropriate and suitable Technical Specification document

**Oversee re-iterative process of development along with IT. Conduct User Acceptance Testing for developed IT Solutions

**Act as User Adoption Agent to train users as frequently as needed

During Year-Two and beyond

Eventually as someone who understands in and out of our core Finance procedures; some of you will be transitioning to Quality Assurance Analyst Role to monitor, control, validate & approve our day to day lease transactions

**This person is responsible to guarantee the transaction processing is accurate & processed as per our Standard Operating Procedures

**You will be the go-to person for future business transaction change management

**Become an integral part of our future Operations Team

**With your exceptional ability to learn quick, paying attention to detail, you will be positioned to become a successor of any functional/process owner as positions are available

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

* 6+ years of Business Analysis or Quality Assurance background
* Ability to document requirements in process and technical speak
* Strong communication skills with ability to translate across multiple disciplines within the business
* Excellent documentation and training skills. Must be able to articulate the WHAT, HOW and WHY
* Previous experience as Super-user / Power-User of Leasing applications (like Cassiopae, Alfa etc.,)
* Self-motivated, innovative, multi-tasking individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
* Proficiency in Leasing methods and concepts
* Bachelors Degree in Finance / IT or equivalent field
* Solid experience in working large scale system implementation or design.
