This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Business Administration Intern, you will be responsible for:

* You will be supporting the development of a marketing plan including to increase adoption and utilization of new state of the art analytics tools by various internal functions within Healthineers.
* You will be performing marketing communications and internally launching new tools that aid in business productivity.
* You will be working closely with partners in various countries to understand local needs and feedback and liaison with internal personnel while launching the tools.

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

* You are passionate about launching state of the art analytics products.
* You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
* You enjoy working with various collaborators and generating excitement.
* You have a desire to gain knowledge and real hands on experience executing marketing and business plans.
* Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI and Python a plus!

Required skills to have for the success of this role

* You are customer centric and customer focused!
* You are currently enrolled in a Masters program or Bachelors program (rising junior/senior) majoring in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or Marketing.
* You are collaborative, communicate well, and work in a team environment.
* You must feel comfortable working in a fully virtual environment and be local to the Hoffman Estates, IL office (50 miles or less)
* You must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher
* You must be available to work part-time during the academic year (up to 20 hours/week) and full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours/week)
* You must have permanent work authorization

Start date: ASAP or May/June; 6-month duration.
