The position of Global Security Services (GSS) Cyber Senior Manager of Enterprise Connectivity is responsible for the continued development, sustainment, and overall RMD alignment strategy for Raytheon Technologies classified connectivity. This includes overseeing the Enterprise Common Classified (ECC) Program, which encompasses the Enterprise Wide Area Network (eWAN) and the startup and deployment of the ECC SAP Modernization and Industry Connect (ICON) Networks.
In addition, this role shall oversee the GSS support and execution of the Virtual Collaboration Program in partnership with DT/IT leadership. In this role, the candidate will be responsible to ensure results on GSS Strategic Planning efforts and Executive Leadership Team related commitments.
The successful candidate will have a background in security, project management, leadership, collaborative teaming, process improvement initiatives, business value analysis and knowledge of GSS and Cognizant Security Agency requirements principles within the Collateral and Special Program environments.
Required Skills:
12+ years of professional experience within an enterprise IT Security environment.
Experience managing cybersecurity requirements and /or teams operating in collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP) and /or Specialized Compartmentalized Information (SCI) environments.
Industry 8570 IAM III security certifications such as CISSP, CISM.
Manager of people; experience leading, managing and developing high-performing teams.
Current active DoD Secret security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
Candidate should be willing to travel up to 25% post COVID restrictions

Familiarity with network security architecture and systems, security engineering concepts, including topology, protocols, components, and principles.
Experience with Agile project management methodology.
Active TOP SECRET clearance.
Required Education (including Major):
B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Security Management, or equivalent degree.
