Job Description The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for sales and profitability growth of existing account relationships as well as growing new customer counts in an assigned territory and market segment. They proactively consult a designated base of accounts to optimize order frequency and product selection, develop relationships with key brands properties, and help customers with their orders leveraging order guides and pricing tools. The ISR will monitor and service multiple tiers of accounts by leveraging CRM system and sales and service tools and resources to ensure comprehensive account coverage. They work as a team member with Field Account Executives, OpCo (Operating Company) and CORE Service team members, and as a part of a defined Market Segment support team, to complete a variety of responsibilities at any time to best serve customers, colleagues and the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Drive sales growth with assigned accounts by increasing order frequency and product volumes, reaching/exceeding new customer sales and growth goals.
* Grow new customer counts by prospecting new and regained sales opportunities as well as leveraging referrals.
* Present products and promotions to new and existing customers.
* Build relationships with key brands customers to uphold national brand service commitments.
* Work with OpCo and CORE service team members to resolve customer service cases.
* Oversee new account set-ups to completion, ensuring account onsite hardware delivery and resets and product order processes run smoothly.
* Leverage CRM tools and resources to manage daily activities and sales forecasting.
* Be a maestro of Vistar perks, competitive positioning, and sales processes, leveraging selling tools and resources, and working alongside regional team members to best serve customers.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
1-3 years sales experience, preferably with inside sales experience Preferred Qualifications Associates/2-year Technical Degree for sales/marketing, business or related area
