We carry over a hundred fresh & live species of seafood and 300 varieties of frozen and specialty products. Job Description Set up and maintain line equipment, monitor the process, direct, facilitate and assist production line with the preparation and packaging products observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. coordinate Production personnel work for assigned area. Assist in Production personnel training. Relieve Production personnel for breaks. Functions as team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company. Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent Experience
1-2 years of Warehouse and or Production work experience. Preferred Qualifications 2-4 years of Personnel Production Management work experience.
Knowledge of and experience with bandsaw operation, including portioning.
Experience with complex machine set-up, breakdown and troubleshooting with complex machine.
