Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCos beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada.

The S&OP team is designed to enable greater speed to market on all innovation, promotions and programs to drive overall field sales performance against key initiatives.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

* Define Division channel/customer sales strategy in collaboration with Division leadership
* Develop Division customer segmentation aligned to the strategic plan
* Develop Division category (Direct store delivery) and customer insights, Division merchandising standards, & executional frameworks
* Implement annual initiatives into actionable playbooks
* Manage Division category captaincies, support shelf/category initiatives at Division key accounts
* Manage innovation launch planning & forecasting
* Manage division-specific innovation or packaging initiatives, portfolio curation, in collaboration with Sector Commercial Planning team
* Create simplified account execution and selling materials for division salesforce

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience:

Minimum of 7 years in CPG sales, category management or strategy experience
Experience calling on a major National/Regional account and/or operations experience as a Unit Manager/Territory Manager/Sales Operations manager within PBC preferred

Skills/Capabilities:

Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States
