The position is a key member of the team responsible for implementing the PepsiCo Go To Market (GTM) Controls solution within the PBNA HALO project.

As a controls team member, your main objective is to deliver a successful GTM controls solution that meets the business risk appetite and leverages similar global GTM program solutions. The role of the Controls Associate Specialist is to work with key stakeholders from the project and the global sustain organization to drive IT general control effectiveness (including new, emerging technology risk areas), strengthen segregation of duties design and monitoring activities and participate in supporting activities for the broader controls agenda.

To ensure success, the position must actively participate in Agile project implementation as a scrum team member to:

* Identify process risk areas

* Assess risk likelihood and impact

* Design/Localize key controls

* Align controls mitigation with control and process owners

* Implement controls to sustain organizations through training and support from go-live through hyper care

Participate in the successful integration of the project controls team

* Actively engage and consult on risks and controls to business process and control owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization decisions
* Define requirements for IT general controls and SODs
* Assess business and IT processes for risk
* Identify key controls to mitigate risk
* Consume project reference materials for risk understandings
* Document internal controls content
* Develop processes to operationalize controls (includes training key stakeholders)
* Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values
* Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies
* Collaborate with scrum teams to implement and deploy controls framework leveraging Agile methodology
* Coordinate and work closely with internal PepsiCo controls teams / SMEs.

* Participate in the assessment and implementation of security governance processes
* Define business requirements for security governance processes
* Document security governance content
* Develop processes to operationalize security governance processes
* Participate in meetings to represent the security governance agenda
* Coordinate with various virtual IT control and Security Governance team members.

* Manage internal and external audit relationships to maintain a positive outlook on the progression of the PBNA GTM controls solution
* Interact with audit teams to provide audit team evidence and information requests
* Work with IT Controls, Sector Control and IT teams to ensure a holistic approach is taken to remediate Corporate Audit findings
* Achieve effective pre-implementation audit result for controls work-stream

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelors in Business, Accounting, Finance or Information Systems
* 5+ years of control, technology risk and/or finance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Deep knowledge of IT general controls and segregation of duties (preferred)

* SAP GRC (or similar) tool experience (preferred)

* Previous Big 4 and/or consulting experience (preferred)

* CISA, CISSP, CIA, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma or other equivalent certification (preferred)

* Thorough understanding of PepsiCo business processes/policies and associated risk

* Strong understanding of the PepsiCo Global Control Standard (GCS)

* Broad understanding of compliance, audit, and business controls activities

* Working knowledge of basic security & control concepts

* Ability to identify and propose technical solutions to meet automated control requirements

* General understanding of the key process areas within the program (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Go-To-Market, etc.)

* Excellent communication skills

* Openness to best practices and new approaches

* Problem solver and intellectually curious with a positive and resilient character

* Agile Project Life Cycle Experience (Preferred)
