Space Systems Sector is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Logistics Management Analyst located in Huntsville, AL to support the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program.

Your responsibilities Include:

* Analysis and interpretation of technical data (e.g., technical drawings, technical data, specifications, etc.)
* Develop highly technical documents and slides
* Conduct analysis of technical and logistics data and create relevant reports, briefings, and documents to include contract deliverables such as:
* Life Cycle Sustainment Plan
* Logistics Support Analysis
* IUID Implementation Plan
* Technical Manual Development Plan
* Technical Manual Validation Plan
* Training Plan
* Logistics Management Information (LMI) / Logistics Product Data (LPD) Database
* Create LCN Block Structure
* Generate Reports
* Integrated Products Support (IPS) Assessments
* Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
* Individual will be involved in the performance of:
* Maintenance Task Analysis
* Spare Parts List Development
* As Designed Products and Materials List
* Charts for Milestone Design Reviews
* Create and update documentation to define or clarify engineering, logistics, and administrative processes
* Ensure timely contractual deliveries to the Customer
* Maintain configuration control of project data and deliverables
* Provide proactive and reactive direct support to other Logisticians, Project Engineers, and Managers working to execute numerous Engineering Projects
* Capture, collect, compile and prepare for presentation, slides and other data covering contractual or highly technical information; update documentation to aid in defining or clarifying engineering, logistics, and administrative processes
* Effectively manage a balance of regularly scheduled work and tasks as well as proving support for urgent short notice tasks and events

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

This position may be filled at a Principal or Sr. Principal Logistics Management Analyst level

BQs for a Principal Logistics Management Analyst: 6 years with Bachelor in Science; 4 Years with Masters

BQs for a Sr. Principal Logistics Management Analyst: 10 years with Bachelor in Science; 8 Years with Masters

* U.S. Citizenship
* Individual must have a current, active Secret security clearance.
* Complete understanding of all logistics elements, supportability, maintainability, and logistics support analysis
* Ability to identify and predict support equipment spares and consumable usage rates
* Experience performing Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
* Solid written and verbal skills in order to effectively interact with Government counterparts, other defense contractor organizations, and cross-functional organizations
* Must be able to travel (approximately 10%)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Missile Defense Agency customers and aerospace industry
* Knowledge of Military Specifications, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and other related technical and contractual documents.
* Highly experienced using Microsoft (MS) Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel; knowledge/experienceusing MS Access and Project
* Experience using the following Web applications/Software programs: SharePoint; Teamcenter, etc.
* Proficient in use of PowerlogJ and / or SLIC
* Proficient in use of Compass
