We are looking for you to join our team as a Configuration Analyst based out of San Diego, CA. As a Configuration Analyst at Northrop Grumman you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation. What Youll get to Do:

Supports program project teams to document contractual data requirements and establish thorough specifications and standards. Reviews engineering documents, reports, specifications, and drawings to determine compliance with contractual, Statement of Work (SOW) and standard approval requirements. Maintains audit trails; researches and resolves documentation inconsistencies with engineering design, production, material and program offices. Keeps accurate reporting records and metrics through configuration status accounting applications and data repository tools. Will be responsible for identifying standards, trends and performing data analysis. Maintains, controls and records Monthly amp; Daily metrics for contract deliverables (C/SDRLs). Supports the master repository for program correspondence, documents and records, to include, data storage, safekeeping, cataloging and retrieval. Deliver documents and records in the appropriate media, e.g., disk, hard copy, electronic file, as defined in the contract. Supports Configuration
Management (CM) responsibility/analysis for customer's Electronic Equipment Logs (EELs) amp; Item Unique Item Identification (IUID) markings.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor 39;s degree with 0 experience; may consider 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining contact and collaborating with all levels of management, employees and internal
stakeholders.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

-Active Secret Clearance
- Prior work experience in DoD environment wiht Configuration/ Data Management

-Detailed oriented when working with document numbers, repetitive tasks, email correspondence and interfacing with
various web based application tools.
- Articulate in verbal and written communication.
- Microsoft Office experience coupled with strong Excel software skills.
