Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Military Trainer ndash; Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT). This position will be located in Fort Riley, KS. The selected candidate operate the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) at the Fort Riley, Kanas (FRKS) Mission Training Complex (MTC). Responsible for operating the IEWTPT Technical Control Cell (TCC) as well as the WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM), Intelligence Low Overhead Driver, and other intelligence WfF simulations in support of collective training. Provides expertise in the development, execution, and assessment of tailored and dynamic simulation stimulated training scenarios and preparatory events.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor rsquo;s degree with 6 Years of experience with Military Intelligence Training in the US Army
* Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) accounts within a 90 day period and must actively maintain these accounts
* Must possess a National Security Agency Network (NSAnet) account. When accessing SIGINT, this position requires access to NSAnet for research, analysis, development and execution of training. Able to obtain a CI-scope polygraph (CSP) within 60 days and to complete all mandatory oversight training within 45 days
* Able to obtain a COMP TIA SEC Plus certification within 6 months of hire
* Top Secret Clearance
* Familiar with the principles outlined in Department of the Army Training Circular 7-101 Exercise Design (NOV 2010)
* Familiar with and experience in supporting the US Army rsquo;s Military Intelligence Training Strategy (MITS) as outlined in Army Training Circulars 2-10.400/401/402/403/404/405
Preferred Qualifications:
* Graduate Degree
* Completed mandatory oversight training described in applicable Army Regulations and NSA Directives, and include OVSC1000: NSA/CSS Intelligence Oversight Training, OVSC1100: Overview of Signals Intelligence Authorities and OVSC1800: USSID SP0018 Training
* Possesses a current CI-scope polygraph (CSP)
* Experience at the Battalion or Brigade level in an S2 staff section
* Experience at the Division level in an G2 staff section
* Working knowledge of MSEL development and providing an uncooperative, challenging OPFOR during command post exercises
* Experience working with the following systems: DCGS-A, WARSIM Intelligence Module, Intelligence Low Overhead Driver, Command Post of the Future, Command Post Computing Environment and inter-operability functionality among Army MCIS, specifically DCGS-A to Data Dissemination Services
