Jupiter-Tequesta A/C, Plumbing & Electric doing business as FPL Home Services is seeking a Quality Project Consultant to join their team in Riviera Beach, FL.
In addition to the Roles and Responsibilities below, the selected candidate for this role will also:
Assist A/C Service Technicians with technical support;
Perform field trainings;
Resolve call-back issues with customers;
Assist Managers with issues/concerns as well as fail inspection resolution in the field;
Organize technical classes for A/C Service Technicians;
Organize training classes for Installers.

Job Overview
Employees in this job serve as a full-time quality project consultant. This job utilizes Six Sigma (including lean) and Q1 Story tools and techniques to coach and lead small scale teams in key business improvement projects.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Leads small scale six sigma quality projects including data collection, analysis and formal recommendation
Conducts and formalizes process mapping activities as needed
Creates and communicates formal presentation of project work and recommendations to business leaders at various levels of management
Compiles and analyzes highly analytical problem solving analysis
Mentors limited number of yellow belt projects
Participates in teaching prerequisite classes and coursework for green/black belt certification
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
