Job Description

Job Summary: The IT Manager will report directly to the Director of Digital Technology Solutions and will oversee a broad range of IT applications and infrastructure technologies at a fast-growing company. He or she will be the main point of contact for computing applications supporting all aspects of the business, including engineering, finance, quality assurance, supply chain, and production. The IT Manager will also oversee CPCs IT infrastructure support and growth initiatives.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

* Act as a proactive and collaborative liaison between users and multiple managed services organizations: end user computing; networking and telecom; hosting and storage
* Oversee the deployment and application-level support of various manufacturing technologies (IIoT, Logistics, Automation, Mobile Supply Chain)
* Support existing software solutions: Oracle ERP, web applications, Learning Management System, Document Management System, Sales Order Optimization
* Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
* Procure and coordinate the install of enterprise hardware, equipment, and software
* Manage relationships with third-party implementation partners, vendors, and consultants, including performance of desk-side support
* Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovering Plans.
* This is a full-time, on-site position requiring regular attendance consistent with business demands and deadlines as well as company policies
* Other responsibilities, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree
* Proven working experience as an IT manager or other relevant experience
* Hands-on IT infrastructure management experience network devices, application servers, database servers
* Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
* Hands-on application administration experience with some coding preferred MS SQL, Python, C .NET
* Familiarity with manufacturing technologies: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Industrial IoT, Process Automation
