What youll achieve
As a Delivery Manager, you will work to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. You will work with the delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the clients business. You are expected to understand the customer at local, country, region and worldwide levels to analyze requirements and contribute to customer's strategic business plan. Youll manage customer expectations by developing performance metrics & reporting, escalation management and communication plans. And youll own cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements; developing, implementing and monitoring expense controls.
You will:
* Be accountable for the client relationship management for a large, complex managed service that traverses multiple sites domestically and internationally and be responsible for managing large and highly matrixed cross functional groups of Account Delivery personnel.
* Provide monthly and quarterly reports to proactively inform customer of overall service status and health, including ongoing service activities, service improvements, recommendations for change, KPI adherence, and recommendations for service and relationship changes that create efficiency gains or mitigate risk
* Lead meetings with an executive level audience and articulate a forward-thinking service plan
* Understand customer needs across all service dimensions through regular touchpoints and governance cadence
* Monitor P&L; and ensure financial health and collaborate with delivery teams on core processes and improvement opportunities and engage with corporate level executives as needed

* Financial acumen and ability to recognize financial trends and strong product/technology/industry knowledge.
* 10+ Years working with and leading heavily matrixed and cross functional teams
* 5+ Years creating measurable efficiency through process optimization and automation
* 3+ Years experience delivering a managed service to an external customer
* Must be a US Person
Dell is hiring Delivery Manager roles for multiple spaces, in addition to the essential requirements above, candidates must have technical experience and skills that match the following area:
Monitoring:
* 5+ Years managing 24x7 monitoring operations
* 5+ Years driving automation of repeatable tasks
* 5+ Years working with cross functional teams and driving tasks down to L1 personnel
* 5+ Years managing globally distributed teams
* 5+ Years building self healing automation for common issues
* 5+ Years creating visibility and dashboards with various 3rd party tools
Essential Requirements
* 12+ years of Client Relationship Management experience in a professional role with a Bachelors degree; or 8+ years with a Masters degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
* Robust product/technology/industry knowledge
* Advanced presentation skills and customer service skills
* Ability to work effectively with senior management and have Executive presentation
* Experience with cross-functional teams, as well as, strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
* Must be a US Person
