Job Description

We are looking for an experienced D&I professional who wants to be part of an agile team and obsesses over creating an environment where people experience a sense of belonging.

The D&I Human Resources Manager will play a leadership role helping us implement our D&I strategy across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion, you will develop learning programs and talent acquisition solutions. You serve as Conagra's expert to embed D&I and cultural concepts into the business and help us achieve recruitment, advocacy and development goals.

You serve as the primary D&I expert working in partnership with functional leaders and human resources business partner to design and implement inclusion solutions, including those that go beyond the traditional processes.

**This position will be based in Chicago, IL**

Position Responsibilities

* Work with other areas of Human Resources (COE, HRBP) with design, creation and implementation of programs to support our D&I plans
* Promote agreement and provide operational guidance for functional partner groups on programs to improve recruitment, development and retention of a motivated diverse and inclusive workforce
* You will create adoption of D&I methodology and coach employees on inclusive behaviors
* Create collaborative environments for best practice sharing
* Manage and complete third-party surveys and awards applications
* Monitor workforce data, by gathering and analyzing data to produce reports to illustrate progress and use benchmarking and data to help plan and decision-making.
* Work with communications team to manage and align comprehensive communications plan to increase D&I awareness
* Create database of higher education, veterans, and disabilities organizations for achievement of representation goals
* Grow knowledge of, company policies and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines and trends in diversity and inclusion

Position Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Adult Learning, Learning Technology, Organization Development, Business, Communications or related area.
* 3+ years leading diversity and inclusion initiatives
* 7+ years of professional experience in human resources or related field.
* Experience developing relationships with functional business leaders and human resource partners at varying levels.
* Experience managing projects that are complex
* Experience applying adult learning theory to business environment/practices that is blended in approach and engaging for the learner.
* Bring challenging topics to the table in a constructive way and engage partners in coming up with viable impactful solutions.
