Junior B2B E-Commerce Product Owner, North America

The Junior B2B E-Commerce Product Owner for North America delivers value to the North American Operating Unit by providing product ownership for client-facing initiatives within the B2B product portfolio. This person will leverage the regions roadmap to execute development for a product team in the region. They will manage the team to ensure the delivery of key business initiatives. The Product Owner will also be a supporting technical partner to B2B Product Managers, bridging the business and product team. As Product Owner, this person provides product delivery to their business partners and our customers in the region.
This role provides ownership and accountability for all backlog management, team delivery, and continuous improvement activities. This includes translating the regions business roadmap into executable plans. The Junior B2B E-Commerce Product Owner will report into the Americas E-Commerce Lead for product delivery and ongoing platform operations to ensure they deliver the value as expected.
This role will also manage day-to-day bottler partner relationships for IT services impacting their team. This includes platform architecture, data interfaces and related processes, and work product definition.
This individual should be analytical, have a background in product ownership or business analysis, and be well versed in agile techniques. This individual should be a strong communicator and influencer, must have proven skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers/clients, building roadmap plans, and executing work successfully.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Management: Point of contact for B2B E-Commerce initiatives in the North American region that affect their product team, leverage business acumen to recommend IT products that meet the business needs at scale, manage end-to-end delivery (with priority) for their team
* Owning roadmap delivery for E-Commerce initiatives within the scope of their team. Ensuring alignment with global plans, managing risks and issues, ensure on time, budget, and quality delivery, track and report on delivery vs business case targets.
* Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders, key end-users, and senior business stakeholders (Strategy, Finance, leadership team members)
* Championing continuous improvement, identify opportunities and driving new efficiencies in DevOps and platform solutions
* Product owner: Manage and champion the development team, translate business needs to executable work, determine priority
* Service quality management: Evaluate and improve the existing platform for the business unit. Act as point of escalation in case of service degradation.
* Project Management Knowledge & Execution: Use collaboration tools and standard agile processes to develop work schedules for their team. Independently manage multiple workstreams within a single backlog. Projects will have an impact far beyond their immediate objective and require advanced critical path management. Identifies risks & opportunities and deliver the finished product.
* Change Management: Ability to identify and resolve project changes. Develops, communicates, and champions moderately complex projects. Ensures project stays within budget and/or schedule. Supports and defends their development team.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree
* 2-3+ years relevant experience Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and/or Project Management
* Experience in either B2B or B2C preferred
* Experience in native mobile or web technologies preferred
* Experience in agile required, experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft, or Salesforce preferred
