Your Opportunity
The Digital Utilities Technology team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst IV to join our Digital Messaging Platform teams. This position will be part of the digital transformation of Schwabs Digital Messaging Platform, systems that send all email, push, SMS, and other omni-channel messages and communications to Schwabs valued clients.

What you are good at

* Document complex business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization; document future state processes and clearly articulate benefits
* Serve as liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet users needs
* Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate those into user stories for development teams
* Collaborate with the technology team in sprint planning, development, and testing
* Troubleshoot and address issues during the project life cycle
* Develop new programs, policies, or procedures for implementation and develop performance metrics to establish process success
* Conduct process design sessions with stakeholders
* Utilize systems and data to resolve business challenges in the most effective, innovative, and productive manner
* Identify upstream and downstream impacts of a business or system change and work closely with teams across the organization to ensure process continuity and integrity
* Be an expert in the data behind our business
* Drive change through the organization improving products, technology, and processes
* Serve as subject matter expert providing direction to less experienced staff
* Assist with training of junior analysts
* Create formal networks involving coordination among groups
* Other duties as requested by manager or supervisor

What you have

* Strong inter-personal communication skills and time management skills with a strong ability to communicate and work well with others
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce efficient solutions to meet the objectives through agile.
* Collaboration, development and management of functional features, user stories, high level requirements and detailed level requirements to drive a business and technology solution
* Comfortable with the concepts of Web Services and API technologies
* Integration of cloud services with internal applications and/or databases, including but not limited to integration layers and security layers
* Design and development of activity diagrams, context diagrams, intersystem dependency diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
* Familiarity of the design and development of a use cases and UML
* Provide objectives for development scrum team prioritization of features, user stories for iteration planning.
* Nice to haves: Salesforce knowledge, financial industry background
