This role is a member of the Franchise Medical Services Team accountable for driving launch excellence as a core Medical capability in the US Medical organization and delivering innovative planning and execution solutions for the Franchise. The Franchise Medical Services Team focuses on three key capabilities: Launch Excellence, Medical Engagement Forums and Congress/Conference Leadership. The Franchise Medical Services Team collaborates routinely with the US Medical Disease Teams, cross functional Medical Matrix teams and Worldwide Medical. Some key Commercial partners of the Franchise Medical Services Team include the Franchise Marketing, Scientific Engagement, I-O Unbranded Education, Events and Meetings Center of Excellence and Digital Hub teams.
Critical responsibilities include:
* Works closely with Medical Leads, Medical Scientists and Matrix Team members in driving excellence in launch planning and execution for Life Cycle Management diseases.
* Leads customization and utilization of Medical Launch Playbooks to support new launch plans
* Leads development of new therapeutic area TL identification plans and Congress/Conference plans
* Leads development and distribution of unbranded educational resources through multi-channel, multi-format communications to prioritized targets.
* Leads planning and execution of Medical Advisory Boards
* Leads planning & execution of TL engagements forums (Grand Rounds, Connection Forums, Thought Leader Encounters)
* Leads development and execution of unbranded booths across a variety of venues (Congresses, Conferences)
* Leads USMO planning and execution of Regional Conferences and Congresses
* Prioritizes high-impact initiatives and drive activities that deliver value to customers, with more focused execution
* Works closely with Commercial on innovative planning and execution solutions to maximize operational functioning at the Franchise level.
* Consolidates and disseminates lessons learned, best practices and innovative ideas across the Medical Matrix, Therapeutic Areas and Regions.
Qualifications
* Advanced Medical degree with clinical and/or industry experience.
* 1-2 years Pharma experience
* Oncology Immunology and Cardiovascular scientific & clinical knowledge preferred
* Healthcare landscape knowledge & insight
