The Business Change Manager Sr. role is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.
Leads efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Designs methods for integrating function and process.
Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Manages the annual and quarterly planning process and associated budgeting.
Tracks actual spend versus budget and prepares regular reports to team leadership.
Prepares and submits reports to the Finance team as required.
Works with team members to identify resource needs and develops solutions to meet them.
Creates required procurement documents and tracks and reports on committed spending versus budget.
Serves as the systems administrator for the Workfront project management application and the Workfront Digital Management Application.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 8-10 years of process improvement, business change or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Finance and budget background and experience strongly preferred.
Procurement experience helpful.
