The Digital Solutions Director is responsible for understanding the marketplace, segments priorities, digital innovation, and the competition, connecting the needs of all stakeholders (customers, business partners, technology enablers), and generating a digital solutions strategy to move Anthem to the next level. For this role, we are seeking Experience Owners to support organizational design, consumer-experience design, engineering, and development. The Digital Solutions Director will be able to demonstrate the following skills, as well as lead teams that have executed these skills; and, can lead directs and matrix resources to execute on product management, development, and strategy.
Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
Collaborates business teams and engineering to co-develop a roadmap, drive products, and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
Manages teams that develop product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree in related digital solutions field, MBA or equivalent preferred; 10+ years of experience with digital product management with digital assets, 5+ years of management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Organizational design preferred. Process design lean six sigma preferred.

Candidates with a background in consumer-centric industries such as retail are highly encouraged to provide. Experience in product design for clinical end-users preferred-platform design for utilization management, disease management, case management preferred but not required.
