Zions Bancorporation has opened an opportunity for Business Continuity Regional Incident Manager on our Enterprise Business Continuity Incident Management team. The position can be located in, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Denver, Salt Lake City and or Phoenix.

Zions Bancorporations Enterprise Business Continuity team is looking for a highly motivated and talented professional to join our team. In this critical role you will create competitive advantage for Zions by partnering with affiliate and enterprise incident management teams to prepare and respond to disruptive events.

You are passionate about resiliency and have at least 2-4+ years of crisis management experience, preferably in business continuity in the financial services industry. To be successful you will need to be creative, calm, well organized, have experience of working with senior leadership and be execution oriented. Prior experience of working with emergency notification systems is an advantage (e.g., Everbridge, OnSolve, or XMatters).

Responsibilities

* Manage business continuity incident management for an assigned region of the Enterprise.
* Facilitate or assist with Incident Management Plan and Team activations.
* Act as the administrator for Zions Bancorporation emergency notification system.
* Continually review and enhance incident response toolkit (plan templates, procedures documents, incident reporting, training and simulation).
* Maintain situational awareness in terms of potential risks and hazards to Zions Bancorporation employees, facilities, assets and/or operations
* Assist with development of processes, procedures, standardization and regulatory compliance surrounding business continuity incident management across Zions Bancorporation.
* Participation with local and federal emergency management as needed.
* Support the Enterprise Business Continuity leadership and other teams on initiatives and special projects
* Other, crisis, incident, and resiliency related work as required.
* Is available for 24-hour on-call response to perform response functions or other related duties.

Education and Experience

* Undergraduate degree or,
* 1-4 +years of relevant, diverse experience in business continuity planning and disaster recovery concepts is required.
* A combination of experience and education may meet qualifications
* ABCP, CBCP certification is preferred
* Adept in using MS Office Suite and SharePoint
* Experiencing functioning in or interfacing with resiliency organizations and business units is highly desirable.
* A working knowledge of incident management planning, analysis, concepts, methodology, and regulatory requirements.

Salary range dependent on experience $60,000 to $80,000.
