Zions is currently seeking a Test Analyst to design, develop and execute test execution plans (automated and manual) across test phases based on test strategy for end-to-end system integration testing using industry accepting testing methodologies and procedures. This individual will also have the following responsibilities:

* Responsible for reporting and tracking issues.
* Ensures proper procedures and controls are in place throughout the testing process.
* Should be able to identify gaps in a complex functional solution, requirements documentation, challenge the SMEs and ensure gaps are addressed.
* Works on a cross-functional Agile SCRUM team.
* Responsible for the test planning, design, and development of appropriate test cases for end-to-end functionality of integrated systems.
* Validates test results, documents discrepancies, and follows through with resolutions to ensure all issues are resolved.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer, or Information Systems preferred
* 4+ years of manual testing, test automation, writing test plans and test cases or other directly related work experience.
* A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
* Extensive knowledge of SDLC, software testing methodologies, testing tools, platforms, related systems and technologies.
* Experience with XML, JSON, SOAP and REST APIs.
* Experience working with an Agile team.
* Understanding of Traceability.
* Must have strong analytical, organizational, problem resolution, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience facilitating defect triage sessions.
* Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiar with Azure DevOps for reporting and tracking bugs.
* Passionate about quality, reliability, and process improvement.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with others at all levels of technical understanding.
* Self-starter, ability to manage own time and priorities, and guide/mentor/lead others.
* Good communication skills, positive attitude, team player.

Ideally this position will be in Salt Lake City, but there is a possibility for remote work.

Pay Range: $80,000-$105,000
