DESCRIPTION

The Fuse marketing team works across Amazon to bring our consumer service offerings, including Prime, Prime Video and more, to international partners in the mobile space. We are seeking a talented, motivated Product Manager to develop and deploy next generation technology systems that support partner marketing programs on a global scale.

The right candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering successful marketing automation solutions that translate into increased customer engagement and incremental, long-term value. They must be able to quickly learn new industry domains, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity. Above all, this person must have a passion for understanding what partners need to drive business results, and for helping to simplify process for partners and internal teams alike.

Responsibilities:
Own end to end project management of a variety of integrated marketing technology solutions
Drive process simplification, automation, and centralization across a range of global stakeholders
Define product roadmaps and deliver to key milestones and reduce project dependencies
Lead review calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
Drive a backlog of long-term, mid-term, and short-term features to achieve the vision
Communicate project status, escalate risks, and provide post-launch metrics to leadership
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovate scalable solutions to find new efficiencies in existing programs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Bachelor's Degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience working with engineering teams
Experience in digital media, online advertising, web-based technologies, cloud solutions
Experience working with cross-functional international teams during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
Excellent written communications and organizational skills Knowledge of Amazon processes, organizational behaviors, and tools a plus
