We are looking for an innovative Store Designer responsible for the implementation of brand design standards as they translate into physical stores. This position collaborates with internal and external cross-functional teams to manage the execution of multiple end-to-end projects at any given time. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and has a deep passion for innovative physical-retail design. This is someone who is obsessed with creating world-class shopping experiences for our customers at both the micro and macro level. Outstanding project management and communication skills, both written and verbal are required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Architecture
5+ years of commercial retail design or architecture experience
Ability to work within an ambiguous environment and manage change
Experience with design development, construction documents, permitting and construction administration
Demonstrated ability in industry trends, building and health codes, 3D visualization, and color and design principles
Demonstrated ability to communicate design vision in visual, written, and verbal formats
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an extremely fast paced, ambiguous environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem solving skills
Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish
Advanced Beginner to Intermediate Revit Skills Required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Sketchup, Bluebeam, Procore, InDesign, AutoCAD, and Sketchup experience a plus
Retail design background strongly preferred
Architectural background preferred
Knowledge of current sustainability trends and practices preferred
