AES Clean Energy (AES) is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst to assist origination, development and project execution efforts as a member of AESs Greenfield Business Development team. The Greenfield team is responsible for internal origination, development and execution of solar and solar + storage projects throughout the country. The successful candidate will work closely with the origination team and project managers throughout the project lifecycle providing data management and project support to help these innovative and exciting renewable energy projects come to fruition.

This position will be based in Louisville, CO at the AES Clean Energy headquarters. The role requires great attention to detail, organization, technology proficiency, communication, and the ability to work on and support multiple tasks at once from various members of the business development team

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with origination team and project managers to support data management in the company CRM
* Coordinate with RFP Specialist to support RFP related data management in the company CRM
* Support project documentation and contract management
* Pipeline management support, reporting, and tracking key KPIs
* Lead vendor set up process for new prospective landowners and project partners
* Lead creation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing and cash forecasting
* Assist with key solar project contract and document deliverables
* Help PMs hand off projects from development to construction team
* Contribute to project financial closings
* Help improve processes across the team through data management
* Identify and work with IT applications manager to implement updates or modifications to the company CRM as needed
* Create reports and charts via company CRM to facilitate information sharing across functional teams and the AES Clean Energy management team
* Facilitate document flow and notifications from Business Development team to other support groups
* Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

* 1 - 3 years relevant experience
* Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, engineering, project/construction management or equivalent
* Proficient with MS Office Suite, QuickBase, Box, Microsoft Teams
* Strong computer and analytical skills
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Experience in renewable energy technologies (preferred)
* Self-starter, very self-reliant and capable of operating with minimum supervision
* Experience utilizing CRM systems
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work supportively and collaboratively with other teams
* Comfortable coordinating across functional teams
* Ability to identify key priorities among various requests
