We are scaling our recruiting operation to support this explosive growth in JLLT. As a Lead Senior Recruiter, you will own the strategy and the delivery of critical path staffing for the Product team at JLLT globally. You will spearhead the design of our go-to-market approach and lead small, cross functional teams through innovative sourcing initiatives to attract and convert top tech talent. You will influence the adoption of talent acquisition best practices internally to deliver amazing experiences for candidates and stakeholders across the full recruitment lifecycle.
As you will earn trust as a partner to the business, you will have direct access and accountability to executive leadership. This is an amazing opportunity for senior recruiters who hope for opportunities for rapid growth and development as global recruitment leaders and/or subject matter experts!
