Based out of our Perth CBD office, your focus in this role is to look after the day to day property management of a portfolio of retail properties in metropolitan Perth and regional WA, in accordance with duties identified with the Management Agreements.

This is a maternity contract, fixed term for 12 months from Mid-May 2021.

Your main responsibilities will cover these essential pillars;

* Financial Management, Planning & Administration
* Leasing
* Operations
* Marketing

Noting you will have an exceptionally competent and experienced APM alongside you.

Sound like you? This is what we are looking for from you;

* A true Property professional with proven success in the Retail sector.
* A current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License
* A degree in Property, Business, Management or related discipline is desirable
* Excellent computer skills (proficient in Word and Excel)
* Superior communication and client servicing skills

* Financial acumen and analysis

* Passion for quality has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services

* Self-motivated; confident and energetic

* Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations and conflicting demands

* Flexible able to adapt to rapidly changing situations

* Strongly goal-oriented able to focus on meeting all performance targets

* A team player able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
